- Maintain a workforce of 18 employees through 2022.
- Implement and obtain certification for one quality management process by 2020.
- Increase sales revenue by 25% by 2022.
- Reduce annual costs by 8%.
- Improve employee motivation and, consequently, overall organisational productivity.
- Increase customer and supplier satisfaction through improved business processes and enhanced security.
- Enhance product and software security, benefiting both individuals and the wider community.
