Project Description:
The project aims to improve the company’s international competitiveness through the implementation and certification of a records management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 30301:2019. The project will establish a standardised business records management system, improving the organisation, security, traceability and accessibility of business records while ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
The project will contribute to the digital transformation of the company’s operations, increase its export potential and strengthen its market position, laying the foundations for sustainable growth and better integration into international value chains.
Project Objectives and Expected Results:
The objective of the project is to improve the company’s international competitiveness by implementing and certifying a records management system in accordance with ISO 30301:2019. The introduction of this internationally recognised standard will improve business records management, increase process efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and strengthen the trust of existing and potential business partners in domestic and international markets.
Expected results include the successful implementation and certification of the records management system in accordance with ISO 30301:2019, the establishment of standardised document management processes, improved operational efficiency and information security, and reduced administrative and operational risks. The project will create the conditions for further revenue growth, increased export potential and a stronger competitive position in international markets.
